Returns

 You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must have the original receipt. Please contact us for return authorization before returning any goods.  You must pay the return shipping fee unless the return is the result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Sale items and cut yardage are not returnable.  Due to copyright laws, books, patterns, and stencils are also not returnable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will be given in the form of a gift certificate.  Shipping and handling will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our error.   All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must be in sellable condition.  Items that are dirty or have a smoke odor will not be refunded.

Shipping Information:
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days, but often orders are shipped the same or next day.

We ship UPS or USPS and delivery times will vary depending on choice of carrier and location.  You will receive an email when your order is shipped.  You will be able to choose your desired service at checkout.

We do ship internationally.  Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.   We recommend that PayPal be used for international orders. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound

Site Errors

In the event that a product is listed on the website with incorrect information or price, we reserve the right to correct such information or price and orders will be revised to reflect the correct price
